Press Release Summary: Network IP specialist reaches significant milestone with IPTV
solution

Press Release Body: London, 17th October, 2007: Exterity, a specialist in network
IPTV, has today announced that it has reached a significant company milestone with
the shipment of its 750th DVB to IP TV Gateway. Now in its second generation, the
IPTV LAN distribution technology has been installed in many corporates, educational
establishments and hospitality venues to stream live TV and radio across an IP
network. Organisations such as Reuters, QVC, Matthew Boulton College and SAB Miller
are benefiting from the cost-effective alternative to a coaxial system.

Exterity's TV Gateway enables users to plug digital terrestrial (DVB-T) and digital
satellite services (DVB-S) into a LAN to distribute live broadcast TV and radio
across a building or campus network. Available as a stand-alone idaptor unit with
one or two DVB inputs or as a 1u high rack mountable tridaptor that will stream up
to six DVB multiplexes, the TV Gateways help organisations make the most of existing
bandwidth to deliver any content such as news, entertainment, information and
teaching material to any end device.

"Over the past three years the success of our TV Gateway has been down to three main
factors; high quality products; our partners and the ability to meet market demand,"
commented Colin Farquhar, CEO, Exterity. "More and more companies want to use their
IP networks to deliver content, TV and radio to users and our TV Gateways offer a
cost effective, easy to manage solution that can be deployed in a matter of hours.
Through working with our partners we have been able to deliver a top class service
which has enabled us to grow our market share."

"To continue our success, we plan to further to develop and enhance our TV Gateways
to main our leadership position in the market. We are also set to introduce a suite
of HD-ready products including TV Gateways that will future-proof any IPTV
deployment through the ability to deliver and receive HD-quality TV, video and
multimedia content over IP to any HD compatible end point," added Farquhar.
